Terms and Conditions.

In given terms and conditions the users of the website are legally bound to follow and agree. In making the order via this website the users are responsible to provide accurate details and accepting the terms of usage. The Site allows you to take advantage of the web to print services, including personalized printing of, documents in various formats and on different media with excellent shipping services. To access the Services it is necessary to register on the Site in the specific area reserved for the User. During the registration phase, Users will be asked to specify whether they intend to register and then make purchases as a company or as an individual as well. All the final prices of the Services displayed on the Site are expressed in US Dollars and it is possible to view them both with and without VAT, depending on the country or type of registration. The prices of the Services may be subject to periodic changes. For certain products and offers, the shipping costs are free. For all the remaining Products, the latter is the responsibility of the User. The customer can purchase the Services online and make payments using the various payment methods indicated on the Site, following the instructions indicated for the purchase procedure. PayPal, Visa Card, American Express, Master Card, Wire Transfer, Direct Bank Transfer, Invoice payment. For payments by bank transfer, production will start only after the credit has been made and, consequently, the delivery may be postponed by 2-3 days, plus the time for printing and shipping. In this case, it is also necessary to enter the order number in the reason for the payment to identify the transaction. Frugal cannot in any way be held responsible for the unauthorized use of images by Users and for any type of violation of the rights of third parties existing on them. Frugal in any case reserves the right to block any order that involves a clear violation of the intellectual property rights of third parties or whose contents are defamatory, violent or otherwise contrary to public order and morality. At least 50% advance payment shall be made for the order confirmation; the remaining amount must be paid at the time of shipment starts.

Reprint.

Any order that contains a defect, damage or missing must be reported to the Frugal within 3 working days after receiving the order. Frugal will not be responsible for any claim that will be filed after 3 working days of delivery time No returns will be accepted without the prior authorization of Frugal and the customer shall be responsible for the return ( at the own expense ).

Refund Policy.

All orders must be considered as final and no refund shall be issued. If the company make an error the order will be considered as a reprint as per the policy.

Order Cancellation.

Orders can be cancelled as per the timeline provided.

If the order has been shipped or delivered then it cannot be cancelled at any stage, however, the customer can cancel the order at any stage of production but the cancellation charges will be applied. Team Frugal will tell the customer about the cancellation charges depending upon the time period of order placement.

1.  Orders are placed online.
2.  Orders are reworked in our design department.
3.  Orders are sent to the press.
4. Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.

All orders are cancelable before stage 2. If an order is cancelled in stage 1; you will be charged $15 plus 5% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges and to cover our design department fees. For orders cancelled in stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. However, if the order is still in stage 3, and the user wants to have it cancelled; a minimum of 50% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipment and Delivery.

The Standard shipping time is not guaranteed. The orders shall however be delivered within 10 to 15 days after the shipping is processed. Frugal shall not be considered as responsible for any delay in the shipment process that are beyond our control and any delay that happens due to any technical / malfunction or any other natural circumstances. Team Frugal will tell the customer about the status of their orders. No order shall be considered cancelled due to any delay in the shipment process.
